Chad Luebker
Hello -I just bought a used 2007 Sportsman 500 EFI four wheeler only 270 miles so very minimal use. When I turn the key to start it, it seems like it rolls over about 3-4 times before starting. Is this common? Not sure if it's cold weather? This is my first time owning a wheeler so I am not sure what is common especially with EFI. It does always start but I am just hoping it's normal and nothing major. Thanks.Chad
Dave S
I wouldn't be worried about it. Sounds perfectly fine. Congrats on the new purchase.

jltimm
Same thing on my Suzuki FI. I was use to the carbed Grizzly I had that started instantaneously at the touch of the starter. the advantage to the FI is not having to play with a choke, and it doesn't take forever to warm up.
