Sausage recipes?

Anyone know of any good venison sausage recipes?

Lookin for maybe a garlic/cheese or onion potato.Something different.

Kirk,I have a friend of mine that puts peppers and onions in his.It is all in one all you need is a cooker and some bread out on the ice GOLDEN .

Kirk - I'd just pick up some sausage seasoning from Gander or a local meat shop then cut back a tad on the amount of seasoning called for then add what you want. Ie - more garlic, cheese, peppers n cheese, fromunda cheese, whatever...

If your putting it in caseing I usually make a mini patty to cook and taste incase you need more seasoning...

I've got a good book you can borrow. A search online or one of the hunting mag pages should offer some good ones too. Some of the hunting shows have good recipies on their pages too.
