Any body have any sugestions for a North Metro lake to try for spearing? Got the bug to try it a couple times. Not looking for huge fish just a couple 4 or 5 pounders.

I would like to travel under forty or fifty miles. I do have a wheeler and there should be enough ice soon. The house will probably end up near cambridge after I try spearing.
