First timer for the ice show!

I will be packing up my 9 month and 4 year old and heading down to the Ice Show Friday for the first time should be fun having my daughters with me!

2 years ago, they had a scavenger hunt for kids that involved questions about ice-fishing (I don't remember the specifics) and it was great for the kids. By taking part and getting through the challenges/questions, they won an in-fisherman soft sided small cooler. I use it for my beer ice-fishing (is that wrong?). It was a great way to get the kids involved and learn a few things.

Look or ask to see if they're doing anything like that this year. Have fun as it's a great time!!!

I took my daughter the last two years and she had a good time. She was 2 and 3. the only thing is I had to keep a move on it. This year my wife is giving me a brake and I get to take the day off and go by myself on Friday. Good luck.

its at the St. Paul convention center and on there HSOforum you can pick up a 1 dollar off coupon. ill be there tomorrow cant wait!!!

Fridays a better day to go then Sat! Get there when it opens, so your kids don't get tramped when the gates open! Also, find one of those big bags as soon as you get there so you have something to put all the sales Lit, and other goodies in and where you can carry the kids jackets when then get hot!
