Measuring your sled

Trying to figure out which sled I have. No name on sled or flip over. Do you measure inside or outside? Thanks

148 views and no one knows if you measure insde or outside. Have a sled w/no name on it. Thinking about putting new flipover on it. Anyone?

I was just working on putting my Otter Lodge together today and measured the sled. The dimensions matched what Otter has on their site when I measured the outside as far as length/width.

I wopuld assume most companies go outside demensions. Thats the way my Otters have always been. Inside demensions wouldnt do you much good if your trying to figure out if it will fit in your vehicle or not.

Is it a shallow tub or deep tub? If you can post a pic we can try to help you figure out what you have. Someone will know.

Outside measures 59.5x30.5 It's only 7" deep. Want to get a deeper sled to put this flipover on. Worded wrong on earlier post, keeping frame and canvas. Checked the mfr. sight's, and can't find a sled that fits.

could it be a shappell sled.

Could it just be one of them cheap 1st ice sleds that you can get at Menards or Dunhams? If so I dont think anyone houses will fit on it.

The measurements are the exact size as an Eskimo Quickflip2. Bottom looks different though. I think you are right, Northlander. Probably a cheapy off brand. Maybe just better off selling and getting something different? Thanks for the input.
