I have put very few miles on my ATV and the parking break has seized up. Has anyone else had this happen and can offer suggestions? After running it for a while and releasing the brake it seems to almost be free. It runs but feels like it has a spot that is still grabbing. Kind of like a flat tire or something where it hits a spot every time the wheel goes around.

Taking a shot in the dark here, but have you checked the disc where the pads were "frozen" up, could have left some build up on it and that will cause it to bind, could also be a warped disc.

If need be take them off and have them checked.

What may feel like something grabbing might also be a spot on your belt if the belt was "burned". Possibly caused by trying to run it with the brake seized up and now there's a spot on your belt causing this feeling.

Just a thought.
