Grabs
Members of the statewide league, we need to know what the members of the league would prefer to do for the two events we will be having at CD's and Clueless's place. We will need to get porta-jons for both of these events. Originally we planned to allow $100 from the league dues to pay for each of the two rental units ($200 total). We would like to suggest that each member donate $5 per event ($10 total) (W. Battle and Bemidji) to help cover the costs associated with the rental of the porta-jon and leave the $200 in the payout schedule. Please respond ASAP as this may cause changes in the proposed pay-out schedule.I would also like to recommend that if we agree to do this that each person give me $10 at Rainy Lake event and I will write a check to CD and Clueless from the LETS account (this will help document the money)[This message has been edited by Grabs (edited 05-27-2003).]
Capt'nJosh
I think it is a good idea. Count me in Grabs!Capt'n
Guest
I think that would be an even better idea!! Keep the money for the winnings! My porta-jon will be no more than $85. If it's more, I'll cover the difference.
Grabs
Even if the porta-jons are less than $100, we should still each donate $5 per person, for allowing us to camp for the entire weekend and electrical costs. Small price to pay for an entire weekend of camping and fishing.
Paul Waldowski
I agree. Everyone should kick in $10 to cover the cost of the porta - johns.------------------Paul[email protected]
Grabs
Ok, we already have at least one vote from the majority of the teams in the league (6 out of 10 teams have spoken)Tom/MarkPaul/CoryGrabs/GroloeCapt'n Josh/Josh RawCD/AarronBobO/AbbeyWe will update the payout schedule for 10 teams and post that in a different topic.Everyone please try and get me your $10 at the Rainy Lake event.CD and Clueless you only owe me $5, you obviously don't need to pay me for the events you are hosting. I will give you two the checks($95) either at the event or if you need them in advance let me know.[This message has been edited by Grabs (edited 05-27-2003).]

Bob O
I support paying something more than the rental of the porta jons. But whatever you decide is fine with me. Be sure to exempt Chuck and Ethan from having to pay for their own hosting efforts....
