Amongst other allegations, in 1997 MR Hendrick pleaded guilty to bribery and mail fraud , and was given a $250,000 fine along with a 12 month sentence (home confinement due to leukemia). In 2000 he got a full presidential pardon by Bill Clinton.

So, he paid his fine. He simply got caught and I am sure many others have not.

Did he do wrong, yes.

I am not saying I like HMS but one has to respect what they have done and also what JJ and Chad have done.
