Good day all. We need a Home Inspection done on a property we are looking to purchase. Anyone have any good or bads with any companies in the St. Cloud area? Also what did you pay?

Hey Coach,

Just got our house 3 years ago and used Pillar to Post. I thought he did a good job overall. He was thorough, marked main shutoff valves, aged shingles (that were miss quoted from seller), etc. He did miss some rotting around the front stoop which would have been nice to have caught. Good Luck

I used Pillar to Post today and they did an outstanding job. Would definitely use again and explained all sorts of things. It ran like $275 for the inspection/run through that lasted almost 5 hours.
