hoggs222
I'm looking for a good stuffed bell pepper recipe. Something with burger, rice, tomato sauce, etc.

ThunderLund78
Do some searching around last winter on this forum. Someone (I can't rememeber who) posted a killer recipe and it had pics and everything. I tried them out and they were easy and delicious. Maybe that poster is still out there and can refresh our memories??

Leaky
Here's what I like to do.Brown 1 lb hamburger and 1 small diced onion. Drain grease.Pour in 1 box Rice-A-Roni and cook according to directions (minus the butter). While thats cooking, cut pepper in half and par boil.Fill pepper halfs with Rice-A-Roni mix, top with tomato soup and cheese.Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.About as easy and tasty as it gets. Dark Cloud
Polarsusd81's pepper recipie is great, and can be tweaked with in many ways as you see in the original post... I make the standard, ground meat n rice peppers often. I use a can of tomato soup and a can of sauce with some salt and pepper for the liquid. I like it better than just the soup...
