Better check with the DNR and see when and if the ditches in the Southern part of the State are open for riding. Also need to check with your County or Municipality to see if it's allowed. Soooo many rules...

I haven't heard of any ditch closures in Southern MN at this time. Normally they're closed from April 1 to August 1.

Hafnutz is correct though. You might want to check with the local Sheriff's Dept to see if there's any local restrictions.
