Coach1310
I'm glad you thought so Scott.... when I saw Florida IN, I thought our bubble had burst!!! Glad you were right....
Scott M
Well, it's all over, 1 and done. Disappointing second half to say the least. I had to listen to all of it, couldn't watch any of it. Sounds like there wasn't much high-lo going, they got killed on the offensive glass, and they couldn't defend Crawford. There are some great discussion points that can be hashed over once the tournament wraps up and people start looking into 2011.
Mudcutter
Crawford and Love beat Pitt. If the Gophers had any chance,, they needed better guard play. Xavier is very good b-ball team,, and has a decent chance of advancing.
Scott M
Apparently that Butler nonconference game back in December was the Gophers signature win, we just didn't know that until now!
CJH
Crazy we beat two of the final four teams and one went to the Championship game. Just shows you how close all the teams are now. This team could have made a stronger run in the tourney........
Scott M
My uncle was saying the same thing during Easter brunch. If they had their ineligible players, they may have played the right style of basketball to make a run this year in what ended up being a huge year of parity in college hoops. CJH
Agreed, lots of parity. Just think what it would have done for recruiting if they had been able to go on a run??
