fish hole buddy customer service????

I have fish hole buddy covers in my fish house and one of them cracked. Their web site states they will replace if broke under normal use. I have sent 2 emails in the past weak and have not gotten a reply back. has anyone else tried contacting them?????

I would try calling them. They are a lot more likely to answer phone calls.

If you called the 800 number on there HSOforum, or looked at there HSOforum, you would have seen or heard that Milaca unclaimed freight is there exclusive dealer. The 800 number is for them and they do answer the phone as I just hung up with them. I'm pretty sure calling the number will get you in the right direction.
