Wish-I-Were-Fishn
Anybody have experience with noise cancelling phones? I need to use a phone in a shop environment. Cordless would nice.
0 Jim Almquist
I have not heard of a cordless with those capabilities but on a standard analog set(old fashion push button desk-2500 or wall-2554) you can put on a device called a Confidencer That will limit the noise coming through the mic which in turn makes it easier to hear the party that you are talking to. I have one in my garage and have no problem talking to anybody with the air compressor running. I did have to hook up a loud bell so I could hear the phone when it is ringing
0 CJH
I think Platronics headsets have that, but I haven't seen any conventional handsets with it.
