russ
To what degree will the new state forest re-classifications affect where and when you ride your ATV? It sure put a crunch in our recreation. We ride quite a bit in what is now classified as "Managed", but as of Sept. 1, will become "Limited" and prohibit travel on many trails. I believe that all state forests south of Highway 2 will be classified as either "Limited" or "Closed". The only "Managed" state forests will be north of highway 2. CaptainMusky
I dont know the specifics, but one of my buddies deer hunts in this area and he said he could no longer drive his ATV into the area, but could drive a 5000 pound truck in there. Doesnt seem to make sense.
Dave
Read the regs carefully to see if there's provisions for its use during hunting or not. Most likely there is.
