Wisc to Mn Tax?

I'm looking to purchase a 4-wheeler used from a private party in Wisconsin,I live in St.Paul.Will I have to pay sales tax in Wisconsin?I believe in Minnesota you don't pay sales tax for used machines.

In mn you are right about not paying sales tax on a used machine unless it is from a dealer

If they ask, tell that it was delivered to you in MN.

You do not have to pay Minnesota sales tax. However, if you register your machine in the state of Wisconsin you'll have to pay Wisconsin their 5% sales tax.
