heat checker
what are the major differences between the 2.
CraigM
I don't believe they use the Kodiak name any more. I have an 05' Grizzly and an 05' Kodiak. The Grizz is a 660 and the Kodiak is a 450. Features are the same, just more power and somewhat larger size to the Grizz. They now have a 700cc Grizzly with electronic power steering and the former Kodiak is a 550cc Grizzly. You can check out Yamaha's web site for all the info.
jltimm
The Kodiak (now called a Grizzly) has a rear sealed wet brake system and a 2" receiver hitch built into the frame. It also is a carbed model (no fuel injection on the 450). The 450 model is the one I'm referring to if that's what your asking.

jltimm
Yes it does. It's a great wheeler, just down on power as it's a 450. It will do most anything the big ones will, just a bit slower.
