anyone hunt in this area for ducks might possibly be up in this area for moose hunting and would like to spend sometime shootin waterfowl also?

Do you hunt up there or are you asking about the hunting up there?

I've got some ideas for hunting up there that I'd like to try. First, I have to see if there are any ducks though!

I just started waterfowling up here last year w/ mixed results. There are some resident divers I keep seeing while fall fishing and there is some migrators that come through but it seemed like they'd blow through pretty quick with the weather. I have heard of some good beaver pond jumps but haven't found any myself. As with anything, Right place at the right time makes all the difference.

I hunt west of the area,the migrations the same..Be out before the storm and hit the ponds early...
