We have cooked several pigs in it from 160lbs to 220lbs. The big pig a cookin Cuttin er up 5 little piggies The Carrousel for the cooker. Fresh steamed corn on the cobb( hard to believe but our local grocery store has had some awesome corn, must be florida corn but its sweet and tender) And country-style boneless pork ribs, some honey bbq and some spicy buffalo.
