Last week I had a dream I was chasin Flatties on the Minnesota, great dream, really detailed and realistic... except for when you can't even catch one in your DREAM, it gets a little sad. lol

Ok I'll admit, I've spent a good amount of time in the boat as of lately (still in storage). There's nothing better than getting the boat all ready for springtime and daydreaming about all the good times spent in it. Yeah, I'm ready for Open Water. grin

no kidding i've waiting to get out on the river i even sat in the boat the other day and started making more mods and had it running in the trash can but it only made it worse plus i'll be in Oklahoma for first day of KOTC with no way to go fishing

and thats more like a dream cause i'll be ready to hit the water hard when i get back

The water temps by April will probably only be around 40-45 degrees. I suppose I will still try though since I also cannot wait much longer.

Its all dependent on Rains and air temps. You would be surprised how a BIG warm rain can raise the temp in the river. Same goes for the steady warmth in spring.
