New Jiffy Auger Assembly Arrrived

I received the new Jiffy auger assembly with the Ripper blade. I tried it out last night and it just about pulled me out or my boots. I guess my old blade even though it was very sharp must have been out of alignment somewhat.

I recently sold my Jiffy to switch over to an Ice Gator...

I dont regret switching at all.. but.. I will say.. I definately miss that ripper blade !

They eat ice for sure, and easy to maintain.

A Tip...be sure to maintain the Center Point too. Many guys "Think" the blade is dull, when in actuality the center point is blunted. If it is blunted you will see a huge difference as it spins on it's toe's like a ballerina and will not feed the Ripper Blade to do it's job as designed.

So .... if you notice a slow down in how it feeds the main blade (It required any pressure to get it to eat ice), do a quick touch up on the center point with a file...just a few strokes away from the top toward the point, careful to maintain the proper angle, and you will quickly see a significant difference.
