showdown mount?

does anyone have an idea on how to mount a showndown on a boat? could it shoot through a aluminum hull???

Not sure about the "ducers" on the the showdowns. My dad glued the business end of a plunger on bottom of alum lund, dumped in a cup of water, and the old Larwence read just fine. Shouldn't you be at a party about now? Still grounded hey?
