do you still have the same abilities with the x67 vs. the ice45? or can one do more than the other

They both will show water depth and more importantly lure depth and fish target depth.

The x67 you have a choice of flasher mode or graph mode. You can also control sensitivity, noise rejection, surface clarity, depth range, battery indicator and split screen or standard zoom modes. It can be personalized to your style of fishing. You can also run it in full auto mode, but most have better luck adjusting the settings manually.

Do a quick search on the x67. There are a few threads on this board that have good information reviews. Most of them are positive.

thanks alot bob! im thinking i might go with the x67 then since i can use it year around. and its a $100 cheaper which i like lol. sounds like a good unit? the only thing im worried about is screen size? but im going to head over to cabelas and check em both out.
