I was so impressed recently with the service and support from Humminbird that I thought it was worth posting the experience. I have a Matrix 97 GPS/finder combo and it was losing the connection with the GPS whenever I swiveled the unit or moved it.

I opened an RMA case online by sending an email to their service center. They responded the next day with an RMA number and return address. I shipped the unit to them and received it back in perfect working condition LESS THAN TWO WEEKS later!

That kind of service is hard to come by these days. I'm shopping for another unit right now for the front of my boat. It was between Humminbird and Lowrance and I'll probably go with Humminbird after that kind of service.
