New Law ? Fish Houses can be out overnight ?

Someone told me they read that the state passed a law that you can now leave your fish houses out between midnight and 6:00 am as long as they are being used? No Deadline as long as they are occupied?

Hope this is the case! Mine will be back out this weekend!

You can use your fishhouse whenever you want if it is licensed for the year and there is ice, it just can not be unattended after a certain point.

Yes you can.I had our friendly neighborhood CO stop by on Sunday and asked that very question,must be occupied (he asked if I had a real home)It was passed after the regs were printed.So don't park them yet,still plenty of ice here.
