I've been using the Miracle Blade II's for quite a while now. I am very happy with them and the cost is significantly less.

I have never used the Cutco so i can't compare except for the cost. I do know a little bit about knives and the MB II's are a good value.

I will add if Harvey Lee says Cutco's are good knives you will not be disappointed with them either.

There may be numerous knives of high quality around on the market but from what I have found, these Cutco's are something else. Try one sometime and you may be sold. No, they are not cheap but are a Lifetime knife and a FOREVER warranty.

Are these the knives you see at sporting good shows? I looked on line and liked the looks of they cheese knife (highly recommended I guess) and the butcher knife. I have a large skinning knife that works okay, but a nice butcher knife would really help the processing process
