Snake Skins

Does any one use Snake Skins Camo Kits on their guns or have any experience with them (or any product like it)? I have a Benelli Nova that I am thinking about using this on. It seems like a good idea since the "skin" shrinks down with heat to fit the gun snug.

I have known people who use then on Bows, but no one with a skin on a gun. Easy enough to put on, difficult to take off.

I use the snake skin on mine and have no problems. Just make sure any parts that move stay free. I first tried the tape style but the just rubbed off and got sticky. Stay with the snake skin. You should be happy.

Id look into having your gun camo dipped

dipping might be the key, there is a guy in Bemidji named Mike Milli who does a lot of work on AR-15's but also does gun coating. Not sure of his costs, but when my 870 finally gets the best of me, I will send it to him for a coating. His business is Dedicated Technology, I know he has a HSOforum........
