Does anybody know of a decent motel, hotel or small resort to stay at on or near any of the musky lakes in the hackensack area?

Do a quick google search for Hackensack, MN Motels.

You will get quite a few different names. You could also do Longville MN Motels as well.

Longville inn, Pine Manor?

That gets you close to wabedo and little boy with leech not too far away...

The Owls Nest in Hackensack is a pretty decent motel. They have very reasonable rates. The only downfall is that it is right in Hackensack and you have to travel at least 10 minutes to hit any musky lakes. There are also a few resorts on Little Boy, Wabedo and one on Baby.

R u looking to stay on a certain lake, or do you want to hop around to all the area lakes? Couple of resorts on the Little Boy chain and you can't go wrong fishing on those lakes.

yeah hopefully stay at a resort for a coupke nights if possible, them on our last day try to hit up another area lake.

We stayed at Little Ponderosa Resort before and really liked it. Rates were nice, cabins good and it was right on Wabedo so we could fish both Wabedo and Little Boy. Nice thing is they have a boat launch right in camp, so when we decided to run up and fish Leech, it took minutes to load up and be on our way.
