0 wakeguy
Are you looking for a handheld or a gps to mount in the boat? Also will you be using the unit for anything else, like driving, hunting or flying?
0 BobT
You could search for the topic and find all kinds of opinions about all kinds of units. A lot depends on what you're looking for in a GPS. Just a piece of equipment to record waypoints and tracks or something to include mapping so you can add contours, roadways, etc? Handheld, mounted in your car or boat, GPS with sonar, GPS with radio, ...?I am familiar with Garmin products. Search for their site and browse them. They have lots to offer.Bob
0 PerchJerker
I agree with wakeguy and BobT, you should decide what (if any) mapping abilities you want the unit to have, as that can determine which brand and which units you go with.
