what is the difference between the slt and the se ? is the se just newer with the leds? thanks ...... best flasher out there...zoom disease wont get me!

I have one of each. The SE has a much brighter screen, otherwise they seem about the same. The disease didn't get me either, I love the vex.

So far just the ice, I just got the second one a few weeks ago. I do have the trolling motor transducer so I could use on one the boat. But my boat is already set up pretty well with 2 humminbirds, one has the side imaging. I have brought one along last summer and just let the ice ducer hang over the side of the boat.

Yes it's the interference rejection button, mine is always on. I can use the two vex's I have side by side. If either or both show lots of mixed up flashes then all you do is push the little area by the light a couple of times on one of the units. Sometimes both. I have my two usually reading fine within 30 seconds.

If you want the interference rejection off, push in the top knob.

Just found out I have to give back the vexilar and the power auger. It was nice to use for a couple weeks, now I have to go shopping. I am leaning towards the Marcum and a Nils auger -cry once.
