Who has M - W off work?

Unfortunately, DMN can't make it to the bog next week. Anyone else have Mon. - Wed. off work, that would like to share expenses? The weather sounds so nice, I may make the trip by myself, if need be. However, it would be nice to share the experience along with the expenses.

Man, that stinks. I'm sorry to hear that. This is happening to too many people. Eventually, things will get better.

Re: expenses, I figure I could pick you up and you pay half the gas bill and half the motel. If we have great ops on Tuesday, we could head back that night, and only spend one night in a motel. My SUV gets at least 25 mpg in winter, so expenses could run around $60 or so for gas divided by 2, and then the motel for 1 or 2 nights, plus grub. It certainly shouldn't run more than $100 each.

This is just becoming way to common, everyday I hear of someone losing work. These are some tough times we are experiencing. Stay positive and keep your chin up Josh.

I got pinched yesterday as well. Have all kinds of time off. Great opportunity to head up there though ehh?

You know I'd go had I not had to use much of my vacation when they closed work over Christmas. My wife also got let go on Monday. It'll be an interesting year for sure. Good luck everyone. I keep telling myself that we'll all make it through and be better for it.

Actually, it is. Once you guys get back to work, it's going to be quite awhile before you have any vacation time coming. You may as well take advantage of a little excess time now and do what you enjoy. It will help take your mind off your problems.
