Seasoning Search

Anyone know the name of the company that sells seasoning at Game Fair? They used to give out samples of fish cooked in it. Guess we used our last packet and now don't have info to order again.

Sorry, I don't know, but if you ever get to Lunds or Byerlys, you MUST try Bacon Salt.

Do an internet search engine for it. It is amazing on everything, but on fish fry and venison chops, it's out of this world.

Try Petey's Seasoning Inc., they're located in Roberts WI. That's the only one I know of besides a company that sold liquid seasonings at Game Fair. Also depending on what you are looking for you can get Petey's at Independent Cub Food Stores (i.e. Buffalo, Elk River and there are some down your way just call Petey's for the nearest one).

Thanks but that's not it. Maybe they don't attend Game Fair anymore. Was probably 3 years ago or more since we were last there. It was a dry seasoning.

I know the seasoning you are talking about in fact had some but can't put a name on it. A lady at game fair had some pickles and fish fried with it the pickles were amazeing!

Try to find the game fair web site, then look at exhibitors list and maybe that will jog your memory.
