Oneida lake ice

I took a ride down by the beach about 5pm last night the canal is open with big ice flowing down it.Took my dog for a walk down the beachfront Ice is heaveing pretty good if the weather stays like it is the ice should be gone in a couple weeks.I hope we don't get high winds because some body will be in trouble on the shoreline somewhere that ice is still pretty thick and can do some major damage hopefully that won't happen .

Actually going to pull the cover off it this weekend and start the prep work. This will be my first full yr with a real boat so as usual may have some questions for ya!!

I was down by the lake today and the ice is on its way out and fast .

Lee,let me know when the charters are running down on your end of the lake spring fishing you can't beat it .

The ice is officially GONE as far as I can see the only thing I seen was W H I T E C A P S everywhere .
