superbee
There are alot of good lake trout lakes in NW Ontario. I am partial to Pipestone Lake. It produces real nice average trout in the 5-10# range and up to 15# fairly consistantly. Bigger trout are there in the 20 -25# range, but not as common. Nipigon and Clearwater West are also some real good trophy laker waters as well.
Mike Stark
do you need a snow machine to get to all your laker water from your base?
superbee
A snowmachine is needed to access all the laker water from our base and to get to the outpost camps. Some years or times of year a 4-wheeler works well, but to much snow already for this season, until maybe late in the season towards spring. Outfitter17
Mstark83,If lucas can't help you out with sleds, we have a few that we rent out. They are Arctic Cat Bearcats, that are longtracks, with 2up seating and racks on the back. From our camp, you can fish Pipestone, Lower Manitou, Mister, Dogfly, James, Straw, Sucan, Alonghill, plus many more lakes within a 15 minute ride from camp. Let me know if you need help.Merry Christmas
