How well do those 12 V rope lights work compared to a lantern & how ?

Many would i need for a Clam 5600 and do they come in different lengths?

The 12 Volt LED's do a great job, Hovermn has 3 rope lights from [YouNeedAuthorization] I think they are the 48" ones, in a 6'x17'x7' high or so fish house, it lights it up great!!! Now the question would be, do you use the lantern to help heat the shelter or not.

2-48's would be more then enough light for your clam, might want to go with the 24's instead. I'm going to give one of my 48's to a buddy when I fired up the 1-48 cm strip yesterday they were BRIGHT. If you go with the 48's make sure you wire them on seperate switches so you can turn them on and off as needed.

I hope you aren't talking Clam rope lights. Save your money, these guys all have better options than those.
