Rifled Choke Tubes

Has anybody used them?

Did they make your grouping smaller?

FYI I shoot a Rem 870 with rifled slugs with a 3in group at 50 yards. Yet I still managed to miss a deer last night that was at about 35-40 yards.

I used to use a rifled choke tube before I got a fully rifled barrel. There isn't much agreement as to whether or not they do enough to justify shooting very expensive sabots out of them. I didn't get my gun cleaned good enough apparently and had my tube really rust into the barrel so I used that as my excuse to upgrade to a fully rifled barrel which is much better.
