Trips

Just wondering how many of you guys take winter trips to get your bass fishing under control. Must not be too expensive, especially with the falling gas prices (if they continue to fall).

I try to get down to my Uncle's place in Arkansas once a year, usually in the winter for a combo duck and bass trip. He has a bunch of fish ponds so it is fun to go and work out the kinks and get some practice on big fish. Wont be able to do it this year, but hopefully next year.

I have always wanted to go down south to fish for some bass but all my winter trips are out WEST to ride snowmobile.
