How is the muzzleloader pressure in SE MN ???

Just curious I was thinking it would probably be the least busiest time on the public land down there.

It is increasing in popularity. It might get even more popular now that the 3B zone hunters can go the ML season.

Trigger what would you say the percent of pressure is usually compared to the shotgun season down their. I know around here for every 15-20 slug hunters out there is probably around 1-2 ML hunters out Just a guestimation

If your ratio is about 1:10, I would say down here it is about 2:10. With the addition of 3B, I could see it going up to 4:10.

I would say in SE MN Muzzleloader is almost as popular. We have been going for almost 15 years and the last 3 years have been very busy down there. If you go during the week you will be almost by yourself. We shoot doe's for Muzzleloader but there are a lot to be had down there. We shoot around 40 a year during muzzleloader. We might shoot one buck a year ML, the rest are does.
