Where would be best to sit.

Going hunting up by Mille Lacs. Land owner has been seeing decent number of deer. I would like to get a chance at a nice buck that he has been seeing. Wondering if sitting in the stand on the edge of the field would be good. Or sit in the ground blind that looks down a power line. Just wondering what some of you would do?? Thanks for the input. Powerline. Bucks are too weary of fields after the first day.

The best buck i have shot was HOT on a doe walking through a chopped corn field.

Very tough call -- I never know where to sit.

Lots of times those big bucks hang out in the woods or other cover close to the fields waiting for the darkness of night before exposing themselvs out in the open in the fields. Maybee think about putting a stand up in a staging area like that.
