Trolling Motor storage

Do you guys store your trolling motors inside the house or leave them on your boats?

I bring mine in for the winter. I was told the cold is bad on the magnets. Dont really know though.

I know several foks that have had problems. so I always bring mine in. It works for me.

I have never taken my motor off the bow of the boat and no problems here. I also store mine in a farm building with no heat.

Thanks guys! Well, it is now sitting in the hot tub room waiting for us to find a place to put it. Very little storage in this house so this could be fun!
