Stolen hunting gear - watch out for thieves

Hey all,

This is an awesome forum and I'm a long time reader. Maybe someone can help.

Someone thought it was cool to steal a nice Carsten Pintail boat and a 2hp motor from private property recently in the rural St. Cloud area.

It's sad everyone has to lock up everything these days.

If you know anyone who has obtained items like this recently, please send me a note. Or contact law enforcement. Just want these items back in time for duck season... thx. [email protected]

this time of year guys that dont have everything tend to pay attention to who has what and nabs it after they pattern you out, me and the neighbor guy kinda wacth for odd vehicles when outside we both leave our rigs in the yard and nothin has ever been missin knock on wood. sorry for your loss hopefully you took pictures or had some writing of what was stolen.

Dirtbags that steal from fellow hunters shoudl be rolled in honey thrown into a bunch of bee-hives. Is there no code of conduct amongat fellow hunters?

Probably the same guys that follow very few regulations and burn bridges with landowners. They wreck things for the rest of us. If this is your friend, quietly contact someone because as stated these guys really do make the rest of us look bad.

Sorry to hear about this, it's sad when you have to worry about theft in rural areas. I mean who do these people think they are? It's not like they're going to be able to show up locally on opening morning in a stolen duck boat!

i would keep an eye on hsolist....thats how my buddy helped track down his dads stolen outboard.

Sorry to hear about your stolen gear. I hate hearing those stories. Sad so many low lifes are out there. I agree to keep an eye on Craig's List though, it might show up there.
