3 day midweek camping/fishing trip ideas

hey guys i have a week off in the middle of september and was looking to maybe take a little trip somewhere not too far out of the metro area. i'll be bringing my boat, which is small, so i would want to camp somewhere with not too large a body of water for fishing. would love to target eyes, pike and panfish. any good ideas?

Lake Elysian is about an hour or hour and a half from the metro and I have heard that it has good walleye,bass, and pikes fishing look in southern minnesota lake map books for some fishing tips.
