Re-Stucco application

I have a rental that I want to freshen up and do not want to go the painting route. Does anyone know the cost of this type of work? How difficult will it be to find someone to do it, we are near Fairmont, an hour south of Mankato. Do contractors or painters do this work or will it be someone that specializes in stucco, thanks.

Get a good reputable stucco company. I've seen the damage that improper applied stucco can do. Make sure thay use proper flahings and window dams.
