IMO, B&W or sepia tone are the best ways to show old abandoned wooden buildings.

Thanks Steve, I concentrated on focusing in on the tall Broam grass in the foreground. I like that one too!

I should have mentioned that I shot it with my 100-400 set at 400mm. It gave it that nice blurred background effect.

Interesting combo of building materials on the last home. Looks like it was built with wood siding, brick, and limestone.
