Wish I would have gotten that good of service with them! I wasn't real impressed with the turnaround with my questions/problems. CNY Tim you must know someone to get that great service. Still like the Marcum though!

I love my Marcum but when mine went out last Thursday I emailed Marcum my problem and have not heard back from them yet. Since then I have exchanged my LX3 for a new one at Cabelas, but it would have been nice to get a reply from them.

Mykal - Geez Bub how ya been? I have been out about 7 times thus far. Were getting the big freeze and were also seeing an avalanche of snow above Oneida Lake and points north. Managed some nice crappies at Black Lake and some nice gills at Lake of the Isles. Waiting for Oneida to freeze so we can whack the perch. Nice to hear from you
