I rebuilt a used carb and I have a issue with it at high speed is "surges" and I cant figure out why? Any ideas on what I could try to get rid of the surgeing?

Is it a continuous surge? Surge above WOT, or a surge where it picks up and gets to WOT, then backs down to a lower RPM?

Also, is it a fast or slow surge?

its a surge at WOT everything else is fine its kind of a slow to medium surge it will kinda bog down than come back

Starving for fuel. Check the gas line and bulb connections. Replace fuel filter(if you have one). Clean screen in pump.

Rebuild pump, Check inlet valve for partial obstruction and while your in there measure you float drop because fuel level might be off(low).
