Some kinda warbler

My friend called and told me she had a phoebe in her yard, if I was interested. I walked over about 1/2 hour later, and no phoebe. However, this guy sure was a challenge. They're very small and can't sit still for 2 seconds.

Thanks. The closest ID I can come up for this bird is a female Northern Parula. Hopefully, someone with a Sibley's can confirm or refute it.
