I thought of this also, but can not remember if I have ever seen them in the Elk River mega Wall-fart before.

Could be a possibility though.

I have been noticing a lot of bait shops have items for catching bait. I never used to notice.

I used to seine a lot of fish down south with my uncle on the fish farm. He has a big one we hook up to a couple tractors to drag accross the ponds.

Little ones can be found at most bait shops. They are easiest to use with two guys.

I've never seen them at the Monti wally world, but I have seen cast nets in the past... go figure.
