Tuf Line Braid

I found a new spool of this I got last year, 15 lb. Anyone use it?

I'm sorta new to braids and bait casters. Should I put it on my Abu

I have used tuf line and i like it for catfishing but for anything where you are casting a lot i dont like it because it holds to much water and it will give you a shower when you cast. but that is just my experience

I think they made a tufline Xp or something that may handle better, not sure if this is what you're talking about. It came out shorty after Power Pro. I haven't used it though.

Ok thanks for the info. I just put it on, I'll give it a shot for cranks and spinnerbaits, but if its gonna give me a shower it might be my new shore cat rig.

I have used the XP for a few years and feel it is every bit as good as Power Pro. Never had any water retaining issues.

Same experience as Tuffy. The XP and Power Pro go hand and hand for me. After some use, I can't tell which is which on my rods.

I've used the Xp and currently have it spooled on two of my baitcasters. Really like it and have used it for lot's of different applications all with good results.
