goblueM
Almost called it off because of 15 MPH winds and super low humidity (15-18%), but ended up doing it anyway. Down by Red Wing. Flushed a hen pheasant out of the smoke, and lit a couple rabbits on fire. And a sora/rail lookin thing. Felt kinda bad, but the habitat will be a lot better now! me watching for spotting I got to drive the 1-ton engine running flames all the black after the burn
muc33
Great pics thanks a ton. Are those eastern red cedars in the last pic?
goblueM
Yep, lord knows why we had to burn around em, we cut down so many of them every year. Guess they wanted to leave them in for cover or something. Bet we'll be back in a few years to cut them down though
